5-2000 L series pinching machine can pinch CMC of various viscosities. It also can be used in fields such as chemical industry, plastic, rubber, printing ink, carbon, medicine and food, etc. The parts contact with material are all made of stainless steel or carbon steel which can guarantee the purity and quality of the products. The machine makes use of “Z” style double-oar mixing, which enables the material to react rapidly and blend evenly. These series products can be divided into 3 types: common, pressure and vacuum types. Two heating and water cooling styles can be selected: electric and steam. The discharging style of material can be hydraulic turn-over of kettle, ball valve material outlet and screw squeezing, etc.
